A well-designed set gives customers an immediate gift story — hostess gift, housewarming, boutique seasonal drop — without requiring floral styling expertise. Stacked packing also uses carton volume more efficiently than odd single vessels of mixed heights.

Keep the size ladder logical: three or four steps that look intentional on a shelf. If the jump between medium and large feels random, customers hesitate. Finish should be consistent across the set; mixed sheens read as leftovers.

Bowls and open forms need clearer care language than closed vases. Position them as décor and dry storage accents unless the workshop explicitly finishes food-contact pieces to your market standards. Ambiguous “kitchen” claims create returns.

Price the set as a hero and offer open-stock replacements only after you see which size sells out first. That data guides the next production mix more accurately than guessing equal quantities of every size.
